To do this work requires a calculation process as well as using measures to improve the ship’s energy efficiency such as limiting shaft power, engine power, or fuel conversion, etc. Among them, the most common measure is to limit engine power. Due to the limited engine capacity, Makers require quite a lot of time to prepare, produce, supply and install (some Makers need up to 7 ~ 12 months). This has the risk of affecting the operating progress for ships that are required to calculate and install engine power limiting devices during annual, periodic or intermediate inspections in 2023. , to achieve the required energy efficiency.

After many years of development efforts in the field of design and supply of ballast water management systems of the LeesGreen brand, An Tin Hai Phong has now partly affirmed its capacity and built trust with customers. To strengthen trust and long-term cooperation, An Tin Hai Phong continues to develop the calculation of Energy Efficiency Existing Ship Index (EEXI) and Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII).
